I chose to become a therapist because I understand the feeling of having nowhere to go to feel accepted and understood. It can be so challenging to face life's struggles all alone.
It's hard to ask for help.
It was for me too.
Therapy gave me an entirely different perspective on my life. I was able to understand my thoughts and emotions, and silence the voice in my head constantly telling me I was never good enough. I began to discover my true self and love the person.
You can too.
